Built for real school moments

Identify the capability gap before adding a program

The starting point is a recurring challenge and the adult decisions surrounding it. Leaders describe where expectations differ, where staff feel uncertain, and where training has not translated into consistent practice.

An agreed baseline can include leadership conversations, staff input, and observation of selected routines when included in scope. We define what the team will examine before deciding how to measure progress.

  • Clarify the adult-response challenge across roles and sites.
  • Identify existing practices and implementation barriers.
  • Select a realistic practice target and follow-up measure.
  • Align leadership expectations with what staff will rehearse.

What the work looks like

Combine training, coaching, and implementation support

A district partnership can combine leadership alignment, staff professional development, shared response language, coaching, and walkthroughs. The combination depends on your priorities; a district does not need every component to begin.

INSPECT gives teams a common way to examine the conditions around behavior. The implementation work defines how that lens will show up locally: what staff notice, how they communicate, which decisions they practice, and what leaders reinforce.

The Rewire position

Understand the moment.
Strengthen the adult response.

Neurodiversity-affirming and nervous-system-aware. Support follows the student’s individual emotional, behavioral, sensory, communication, and learning needs.

ADHD, autism, and learning differences are part of the broader work. Frustration, distress, shutdown, refusal, disconnection, and escalation call for careful observation and individualized support.

01Decode before you decide.Examine what may be beneath the behavior.

02Regulate the responder.Notice adult tone, pace, urgency, and pressure.

03Match the moment.Respond to current needs and capacity.

04Build capacity, not compliance.Strengthen connection and access to learning.

Plan the right engagement

Review application, not just attendance

Follow-through examines the adult practice being implemented, the barriers staff encounter, and the next adjustment. A 30-day review or a longer sequence can be included in the proposal. Measures are agreed rather than promising a guaranteed reduction in student behavior.

Consulting engagements are scoped by the number of sites, roles, delivery days, preparation, and follow-up. Work is available for Coachella Valley districts and districts nationwide; travel and lodging are billed separately when required.

Your questions, answered.

Can we start with one school?

Yes. A focused site or team can provide a practical starting point before expanding the work. The initial scope is agreed with leadership.

Does consulting replace our existing systems?

The work focuses on adult response and implementation within your current school and district context. Existing plans and procedures remain part of the planning conversation.

How is a partnership priced?

The proposal specifies preparation, delivery, site participation, coaching, and follow-up. Standard full-day engagements are $5,000 plus applicable travel and lodging; partnerships are quoted by scope.
